What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are:

Tuesday: 2pm - 8pm
Wednesday: 2pm - 8pm
Thursday: 2pm - 9pm
Friday: 2pm - 10pm
Saturday: 1pm - 9pm
Sunday: 1pm - 9pm
Monday: Closed.

Do you deliver?

We use Uber Eats delivery service. You will need to be in the gelato papa catchment area for Uber Eats, approx. 3-4 kms radius from 14a Gilbert Road Preston VIC and 72a Station Street Fairfield VIC.  

Do you sell gift cards?

Gift cards are available for purchase in store. You can nominate an amount or product, your choice.

Are your cones vegan?

Yes, our cones are 100% vegan.

Do you cater for vegans?

We have a good selection of vegan flavours in our cabinet that change from season to season.

 Our Vegan Bombalaska gelato cake is also 100% vegan and super delicious. You can find details under our Cakes page.

How often do you change your specials flavours?

We generally change our specials every two weeks unless it is a super limited flavour eg. Fichi di India as we can only source a small quantity of fruit. If a specials flavour is selling like hot cakes tend to keep it in the cabinet a tad longer as we don’t want to disappoint.

Do you wholesale gelato?
